Industry | Jordan Park Facility Model
Jordan Park is a fictional academic facility model created for the USTA RSMA Program. It illustrates an inclusive recreation racquet sports operation, not an approved public project. It is modeled after River Birch Tennis Center in Greenville, NC.
Facility Overview
The model includes 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, operated seven days a week through RecTrac. Public court access remains free; the FY2027 forecast earns revenue through camps, tennis lessons, pickleball programming, tournaments and stringing. Leagues, teams and special events are future options with no budgeted revenue.

Leadership Philosophy & Programming Pathway
My leadership philosophy is built on respect, clear communication, continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability.
The Tennis Programming Pathway is Learn → Play → Belong → Stay: Introductory Red/Orange/Green/Yellow programming, development clinics, leagues and teams, then lifelong community participation.
The Pickleball Pathway is introductory junior pickleball with age/skill grouping and play-based development with Adult being skills, fitness, play based, level based, teams and family socials.
